We worked with the team at Cook Medical to design these corporate gift boxes to engage the virtual meeting attendees, while also giving them a little pick-me-up.

Virtual Meeting Gift Box- Client
We worked with the team at Cook Medical to design these gifts specifically around the needs of their 2022 Medsurg Business Meeting. Because the meeting was being held virtually, it was important that the corporate gift box was filled with contents that would engage the participants during the meeting, while also giving them all the information and tools needed for the meeting.
To tie in Cook Medical’s branding, we used their logo on multiple items within the gift box, as the branding on the actual corporate gift box packaging.
Virtual Meeting Gift Box- Contents
This virtual meeting gift box contains items that helped the Cook Medical team host an impactful and dynamic event. First, we included the custom Medsurg 2022 notebook and branded colored pencils, to add a touch of fun to the virtual meeting gift box. For an additional touch of whimsy, we included Pinch Me Therapy Dough in Zen- one of our favorite items to include in virtual and in-person meeting gift boxes! Not only does it smell amazing, but it’s also addicting to play with and we love the organizations they support.
Next in the gift, we included snacks to entertain meeting participants during the virtual meeting. We included a combination of sweet and savory items (the best combo) with custom branded caramel popcorn, Hickory Smoked BBQ Peanuts from Belmont Peanuts, and Chocolate Chip Cookies from Partake- a perfect addition in case anyone is gluten-free.
Virtual Meeting Gift Box- Packaging
We packaged these corporate gift boxes in mailer boxes that functioned as a combination gift box and shipping box, which is perfect for the utilitarian nature of these gifts. To customize the packaging of the virtual meeting gift box, we included branded packaging tape and a branded sticker on the outside of the mailer box.
