You’ve heard (or read) us say this before- We LOVE working with organizations to create virtual event gift boxes to send their attendees, donors and members… and these virtual event gifts for gala attendees may be one of our favorites! While the world is starting to transition back into in person events, it seems like virtual events are going to remain a part of our lives in the future, which means there is still a need for virtual event attendee gifts.
Whether it is for a virtual meeting, summit, gala or convention, sending a custom corporate gift is a great way to make the virtual feel personal. Virtual Event Gifting with Box+Wood Gift Company
We were honored to partner with one of our favorite organizations, Tuesday’s Children, to create virtual event gift boxes to send the attendees of their virtual Celebrating 20 Years of Service Gala. Tuesday’s Children was founded after 9/11 to serve the families of those who lost their lives in the terror attacks, and over the years they have expanded their mission to caring for multiple communities impacted by terrorism, mass violence and terror attacks. Tuesday’s Children has become an organization near and dear to our hearts, and it is a privilege every time we are able to design gifts for their organization.
This year’s annual gala, which was celebrating Tuesday’s Children’s 20 years of service, was held both in person and virtually. We worked with their team to create a virtual gift that mirrored the in person event, to help create a shared experience between all participants.
The virtual event gift box that we created for Tuesday’s Children was packed with fun snacks and items to engage the participants during the virtual event! Whether they mixed up the signature “Rise-Up” cocktail or snacked on Rosemary & Sea Salt Nuts, there were plenty of items to delight the recipients. The full box included a Palo Santo Candle from Candlefolk (a NYC based candle company, which is a nod to the work that Tuesday’s Children does), custom branded cocktail tumblers, custom labeled lemon sugar cookies, Maine Blueberry Cocktail Syrup by Royal Rose, Rosemary Nuts by Q’s Nuts, as well as a signature cocktail recipe card.
To maintain the custom feel of the gift contents, we packaged the gifts in our signature white gift box with a custom printed tag, enclosure sticker and note card. We used an event specific logo on the tag and sticker, which helps build anticipation for the event itself. In order to engage attendees, the gift’s note card included the hashtags for the event, as well as the organization’s social media handles.
